Not only did Jeff replace the controller value at fault. (The reason for the service call) but he fixed an issue with the wall switch. To top it all off he repainted the firebox, cleaned the glass, and added new ember material! Looked and acted like a new unit when he was finish!
Travis and his helper, Dylan, were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They knew what they were doing and made very helpful suggestions. We scheduled the work.
I am so happy that I chose Barron for my new furnace, air conditioner and heat pump. Cole and Lupe were awesome installers! It was a very complicated job but the attention to detail that they showed was impressive. Very professional, friendly and they kept me posted on all that was going on. A great team. Jake came out as scheduled to repair our radiant heat system. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. We very much enjoyed having him in our home.
