Our service tech, Eric was a pro. He took the time to explain problems and potential issues. More importantly, he sought for and provided solutions. He did not oversell.
there were certain matters outside his control, but it was disappointing to learn of the failed resolution the previous Tech did not find. Eric did not disclose or suggest either the name or the failure of the previous tech, but these are my own conclusions.
It was also difficult to leave this positive review, as the website I was directed to seems to have hijacked the directions and website. That website sought only "pissed off" reviews, and this is certainly not one of those.
Scott did an excellent job and addressed all my concerns. He is a great asset to Barron Heating.????
Barron did a great job on my heat pump. We had a few obstacles that they overcame and completed the job better than I could've imagined. I definitely recommend Barron for quality Work and great customer service. Sydney was our technician who I highly recommend and really knows her stuff and Hannah her manager helped us keep our system up and running.
He explained service in detail what amounts to the cost of appointment of maintenance!

Elmer was amazing. Don't miss out on their annual maintenance agreement for your HVAC, fireplace and any other applicable maintenance need in your home. Barron employees are consistently of the highest quality.

Lane Anderson didd a wonderful job for us ! They showed up on time and took care of both the standby generator and our radiant heating boiler. They were very pleasant to work with and extremely efficient in their work. I will be seeking to have Lane return next year !
