Great Service Over 15+ Years Mar 24, 2026

I chose Barron to replace my 21-year-old furnace with a new furnace because of the great service I’ve had with them over the past 15+ years. First, we met with Wes to discuss which furnace would be best for our needs. He provided a variety of choices and we settled on one that best fit our needs. Wes was informative and there was no pressure to buy a furnace. An installation date was quickly set and the crew of 2 electricians (DJ and Colby) and 2 installers (Jon and Jonathan) arrived. They quickly assessed the project site and began removing the old furnace. Then the installation of the new furnace was accomplished. The 4 guys worked in unison together and as a great team. They were professional and kept us involved and informed throughout the installation process. They had the whole project finished in less than 4 hours. They didn’t make a mess but made sure the area was clean and nothing left behind when they left. They made sure we knew how to operate the new thermostat and explained how the heater would operate. What I saw were 4 guys who communicated well amongst themselves and that led to their overall efficiency in accomplishing the project. Thanks guys and Barron.

Barron installed our original furnace and water heater. This week, after 23 years of excellent service, we purchased replacements. They hire—and retain—excellent employees. In fact, the person who prepped our new furnace installed the original. It is easy to have confidence with such continuity and quality individuals.

We Are Very Pleased With the Whole Barron Experience Oct 1, 2025

Barron Heating was the third company we had come to the house for estimates and a plan to replace our water-damaged furnace and ducting. The first two companies were disorganized and expensive. From our first contact with Barron to our final invoice, we were extremely impressed with their professionalism. Triston Brown came and assessed the situation. He made excellent recommendations based on our needs. He outlined the best approach to proceed and recommended the most appropriate furnace/ducting and hot water heater for our home. Part 2: Woody Mercer did onsite inspection, then designed retrofit of our whole HVAC system. He ensured the install would provide maximum capacity airflow and comfort in the house. Part 3: Brett Haley and one other technician arrived to install the furnace and ducting. They showed up on time and finished on schedule. They worked diligently for 3 days with minimal breaks. They did excellent work. Another group arrived to install the hot water heater. They were equally as professional and helpful as all the others. Interface with the office was not stressful, due to the same helpful attitude presented by all. The final invoice was the same as the original estimate. We are very pleased with the whole Barron experience. We absolutely recommend Barron Heating. They are our go-to group forever.
