This review is for a new AC/heater unit. There were 3 visits total - the initial sales call where he went under the house, into the attic, took pics of everything, and gave us the quote. Next was somebody to come out and inspect the property to be sure it would work out as planned, then Cole M and Shawn L for installation. They were a pleasure to work with and explained everything they were doing at each step.
We have a duplex. They've installed the fireplace for both units (15 or 20 yrs ago), this second AC/heater unit (the first one is 10 years old and looks/performs like brand new), a tankless hot water unit. They do annual inspections/cleaning for everything. We've never had an issue with any of the equipment. Love Barron - highly recommend!

We had a furnace, water heater, and AC installed. Making such a large investment in our home, we expected a stressful go of it. Not the case! Everyone from Ian in sales, to Alicia in scheduling, Jacoby in pre-install mapping, Cole and Shawn who installed the furnace and AC, Nathan and Hunter who installed the water heater, were professional, considerate, on time, and finished ahead of schedule. They were careful and respectful of our flooring as well as our ceilings while adding additional ductwork via our attic on one of the hottest days of this summer. The guys answered all of our questions. Communication throughout the process was excellent. As a bonus, Cole and Shawn took the time to show kindness and gain the trust of our three small yappy, poorly socialized pandemic dogs. Thank you, Ian, Alicia, Jacoby, Cole, Shawn, Nathan, and Hunter. We spent the time to get three estimates for our project. In choosing Barron, we chose right!

I don't normally write reviews, but these guys earned it. Every interaction I had with Barron was fantastic. From the quote to the layout meeting and through the install, they were very prompt and responsive, answering all of my many questions and offering advice on things I hadn't thought of. They were very thorough and made sure the install went without a hitch. The installers, Cole and Shawn, were awesome. They worked so fast and so cleanly it was incredible. One day and a little bit of the next morning, and I had a brand new heating and cooling system. It looks great, works great, and I couldn't be happier. If you need this kind of work done, these are the guys to call.
