SOLAR: From consult/design with Tim West and fantastic installers Justin B. and River to Nikki in the office; all questions and concerns answered before, during, and after the install. We look forward to getting through final inspections to see if our bet on solar pays off.

From the first estimates, Scott was very knowledgeable of solar panel systems and patient to answer all my questions. Costs were presented clearly and came in under other estimates. Having a local company with U.S. product was a plus. Nikki was then a very responsive coordinator of the installation process. Finally, Sam, with his team of installers, was very efficient and took good care of the property. He, too, communicated well and gave a great sense of professionalism.

I had solar panels and an Enphase battery installation done with Barron Solar this week, and the entire experience was wonderful: from working with Wes on the initial consultation, to scheduling with Nikki (especially since we were co-coordinating with having roofing done at the same time), to having the amazing team of workers here for the installation. Adam and Jesh did such an amazing job! They kept me informed, answered questions, cleaned up at the end of each day, and were just great workers (and great guys). They got some help moving/installing panels onto the roof on the last day—thank you, Sam and Jordan—and I couldn't be happier with how the project turned out. I would highly recommend Barron Solar. Barron recently installed a solar panel system, a generator, two ceiling lights, and an electrical panel upgrade for us. Everyone who worked on these projects was very conscientious, professional, friendly, punctual, responsive, and went the extra mile in order to produce good quality work. If my memory serves me correctly, this included Wes, Nicki, Logan, DJ, Adam, Josh, Craig, Kyle, Jesh, and Jordan. If I forgot anyone, it wasn't intentional. We are very pleased with everything that was done and look forward to using the solar system after PSE gets around to doing their part.

Barron installed our new solar panels and I can't say enough good things about how professional this team was. Jordan, Jesh, Kyle, and Chris were punctual, professional, and patiently answered all our questions. Jordan did an exceptional job explaining the whole process before, during, and after the installation. If you live in Whatcom County, I don't think you can do better than Barron!

Couldn't Be Happier with the Whole Process Mar 24, 2026

I can't speak highly enough of the whole team; every experience has proven they are professional, highly knowledgeable and trained in their fields, and on the side of the consumer and what is right for the problem being addressed. Most recently, I had an emergency electrical repair with a three-way switch that was malfunctioning. I called on Labor Day and left detailed information about my issue, including that we would be leaving the area on Wednesday, so really needed next-day service. I was contacted first thing in the morning by Nikki to arrange for a service tech who would be coming from another job to come late that afternoon. Nikki confirmed all the information and was extremely helpful with finding a time that worked for everyone. Cody, the electrician assigned, reached out as he was leaving the other site, arrived on time with everything needed for the job, and was courteous, highly communicative, described the issue and the options for resolution, and ultimately saved the day. Couldn't be happier with the whole process, and another big shout-out to Nikki, Cody, and the entire staff for excellent service and clear and efficient communication. Thanks Barron's!!
