We had a number of issues with our A/C system that resulted in not 1 but THREE motherboards being fried over the course of a year. Our latest 2 resulted in our home being without heat for days. It was a complex and puzzling issue, but Tammy from the Service Department and Jay, one of their Senior Service Technicians, remained committed to getting it resolved. In a scramble to find replacement parts, both Tammy and Jay (and I’m sure many Barron staff working behind the scenes) conducted a logistics operation on par with an international shipping company and multi-national joint military operation to get everything needed as quickly as possible. I am grateful for the empathy and extra effort they went to ensure it was resolved as quickly as possible, despite many setbacks and faulty parts!!

I can't speak highly enough of the whole team; every experience has proven they are professional, highly knowledgeable and trained in their fields, and on the side of the consumer and what is right for the problem being addressed. Most recently, I had an emergency electrical repair with a three-way switch that was malfunctioning. I called on Labor Day and left detailed information about my issue, including that we would be leaving the area on Wednesday, so really needed next-day service. I was contacted first thing in the morning by Nikki to arrange for a service tech who would be coming from another job to come late that afternoon. Nikki confirmed all the information and was extremely helpful with finding a time that worked for everyone. Cody, the electrician assigned, reached out as he was leaving the other site, arrived on time with everything needed for the job, and was courteous, highly communicative, described the issue and the options for resolution, and ultimately saved the day. Couldn't be happier with the whole process, and another big shout-out to Nikki, Cody, and the entire staff for excellent service and clear and efficient communication. Thanks Barron's!!

Luke provided conscientious and detailed explanations for all of his preventive interventions on Thursday afternoon. I was impressed by his degree of knowledge vis-à-vis preventive maintenance with both my aging furnace as well as my new generator. Barron has always provided prompt service for us when we resided in Bellingham and here in Blaine. Could not recommend them more highly.

Barron Hearing and Electrical. Stan was fabulous! He answered all that Joe appreciated, that he represented Barron, and he did a fabulous job, well done, and offered me a couple of solutions. The Lanes were exceptional Aug 28, 2025

Our home was built on Lummi Island in 2007. Barron Heating, under the guidance of Seth Bowman, installed our radiant floor heating system powered by an electric boiler. After 17 years it quit on us, so we gave Barron a call. Lane Anderson came out with his sidekick, also Lane. They diagnosed four issues in our boiler, all repairable, and had us up and firing in no time. We believe in keeping a quality item operating as long as it is feasible and ecological. The Lanes were exceptional, professional, friendly, and really "knew their stuff"! We were so pleased with our experience with this repair that we are looking at getting a generator installed with Barron. Thanks! Sandy & Dan Lummi Island A bit of input on our follow-up generator project with Barron: We recently had our 24kW Honeywell generator installed by the Barron Team of David (DJ) and Ethan. DJ showed up ahead of the installation to line out the system, and after the plumbing team took care of our propane supply, DJ and Ethan returned to get the installation completed. They could not have done better: friendly, helpful, patient (with homeowner questions), professional, competent, and very efficient. We could not be happier with them and their quality work. It is such a relief after seventeen years in our home to finally have our property protected from the power outages and N'Easter freezes!
