They Far Exceeded Our Expectations
Selecting Barron Heating to provide and install our new ductless system is one of the best decisions we have made for our home. We had an old and non-working hot water gas furnace, and we desperately needed to replace it.
We reached out to several system vendors in the Bellingham/Whatcom County area. Of the 5 that we started with, 3 responded. Barron was our choice, but not just on price.
From first contact, we had a sense of confidence that Barron could deliver on the "sales promises" made. They did. In fact, they far exceeded our expectations.
The process was clear and transparent. They were in constant touch with us, keeping us informed about what we needed to do, and setting reasonable expectations about the process and scheduling.
Then came the day of installation. Andrew M. and Tracy C. arrived, introduced themselves to me and our indoor dog, who always needs to approve visitors. She approved.
At every point of the installation, Andrew and Tracy were extremely courteous, respectful to us, our home, and our time. Professional on every level, they made the installation as pain-free as possible.
One point that impressed us happened near the middle of the first day of the installation. Andrew noticed and brought to my attention that there was a way to improve the aesthetic presentation of the exterior runs of the service lines. I agreed that his idea was far better from a design perspective and definitely demonstrated their care and concern for us as customers and pride in their craft.
The entire experience was great. The price was good, and they were willing to work with us so that we could hit our budget amount. And they showed a sincere commitment to our satisfaction from sales, design, and admin follow-up through the installation.
We would strongly recommend Barron's and commend both Andrew and Tyler for the positive image they presented for themselves and the company. Great work, guys!
