Jason was a very nice serviceman on our Lennox on May 14th. I didn't catch the names of the two who did our Rinnai as I came in after they arrived (also on the 14th), though my husband was there and didn't notice names on shirts. Both sets of servicemen did good work in the amount of time here. I liked that all of the guys were okay on telling us possible lifespan remaining for me to plan for in the future with retiring soon.

We had Barron come out to service our gas fireplace, as it had been putting out a very bad smell when we turned it on. Elmer called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and arrived promptly when he said he would. He was quick and professional, taking time to cover our carpet and put booties on his feet before entering the house. Update October 2025 - Had 4 plumbing-related issues today that were expertly repaired by Barron plumbers today. Very clear communications about what they would do, what it would cost, and then followed through with doing exactly what they said they would do. All completed work looked great, no mess left behind, all issues have been taken care of. We are very happy with Barron's service today as always.
Update January 2026 - Some furnace issues required having a Barron technician come to our house three times in the past several days. His professionalism, thoroughness, and expertise made it a joy to have him take care of the issues. We were impressed again with the great service that Barron provides and highly recommend them.
