Back in 1972, my grandpa Dan, was building new construction homes. He was putting in the HVAC systems and the fireplaces, and so that was our origin. We were looking at just the Sudden Valley area of Bellingham. Fast forward 53 years later, we now cover all of Whatcom County, Skagit County, Island County, the north part of Snohomish County, and we have a home base as well in the San Juans and Orcas Island.
