Last Wednesday, Nov 6, Shelby Roberts did an excellent job replacing the heat exchanger in our Coleman furnace. From the start she exuded confidence and experience. She dealt with and overcame every obstacle that came up during the project, maintaining a professional and positive attitude the entire time. She is a superhero!

I am very satisfied with the operation of my new furnace. The installation was not an easy one in that the furnace was under the house. The installer (Andrew Albert) worked the installation thru and in my estimation did a great job. Incidentally, the furnace works great and is much quieter than the one it replaced. Jerry

We had a furnace and central air added to our home. Every member of the Barron staff from the people I contacted inquiring about these services, from reception, Chris, and Jacoby. I also wish to recognize the installation technicians, Channing, Jonathan, Tim and Cody. We're very polite and professional and obviously well versed in what they do. I will recommend Barron to anyone who seeks a quality heating and air conditioning company. Keith P.

When you buy a 1909 vintage home you better know what you are getting into; we do know having owned several over the years. No insulation, wood heat sorta, occasional base board heater, 3 floors and on and on. Barron heating's reputation is well deserved. After a lot of talk and thought we implemented the plan put together by many people at the company and I am delighted to report they figured out this puzzle expertly. It would take too long to describe all that was accomplished and to thank all that worked on this old building but we have a very warm house now and we appreciate all it took to make it happen. The help with the insulation installation was awesome giving us backup with the contractor as that part was complex and sorely in need. Dan in sales probably knows more about our needs than we do and spearheaded solving the ductless heating best for our floor plan. Last but not least Logan who was the silver shield tech stayed way past quitting time to assure that all the system was in order after figuring out that there was a refrigerant leak that had developed at some point and required repair in order for operation to be 100%. I know about refrigeration from my years of running restaurants an appreciate what it take to keep it going. Logan did it with a smile and is another reflection of a great employee working for a well run company and I think we all might know that is something that doesn't necessarily happen all the time these days. Thank You Barron Heating! Chris& Sheryl V.
