We were very impressed that he came out at the end of a long day. He heard our description of what the system was doing and went down to check it out. He spent another hour replacing an old blower motor with bearings gong out. Then he spoke to us knowledgeably about the new heat pump units and the cost of upgrading. We wished him safe traveling and merry Christmas. Barron has always sent out people who are impressive and the company always strives to outdo itself. Thank you and Merry Christmas to everyone there!

Graham was earlier than expected but that was good. He discovered that we needed a new part on our gas fireplace. He was professional and very pleasant young man. He worked diligently to repair our fireplace. He will need to order a new part and come back when it can be installed.
They were able to get me in quickly with an emergency cancelation, and the technician, Justin, was fast and nice and had my heat working again in no time!
