Baron has Great Customer Service!
Excellent service with very knowledgeable and experienced professionals. These guys know their stuff, work hard, and have solutions if they run into any issues or problems. From the time of the estimate to the install, all my questions were answered, didn't have to spend money on oversized equipment that I didn't need. Others tried to sell me on bigger equipment, more money, etc… my new equipment (Heat Pump and Furnace) along with a new return line are working great and efficiently as I was told they would. Super grateful for Baron's expertise & professionalism!

We have used Barron to install a heat pump a few years ago and based on their excellent service it was a no-brainer to have them replace our aging water heater. Oscar and Fischer did a great job with the duct-cleaning of our place. They were pleasant, personable, and careful and respectful of our home, our property, and of us. They even held off on a couple of services we had agreed to when the project was estimated because after a further look they determined the work wasn't needed.
Barron sent a tech out right away. Jim quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly, and got the parts ordered. Great tech, and really great, really friendly service from Trinity in service as well!
