My husband signed up for a special service with Barron heating that they keep the same rate for the visits on weekends as well. I was at first very skeptical but the hubby already signed up so I couldn't change it. One Friday night our furnace stopped working, I have called Barron on Saturday morning and a technician was sent that same day. Graham Marzocco was very kind and professional, he spent hours diagnosing and fixing the furnace, and then told me that because we are loyal customers, the service manager Carey Jafferson Completely waived the fees. We didn't have to pay anything for the service, I was very stunted and very thankful. Barron heating is a wonderful company that stands behind Their Words and their Customers.

When we first had are outage, it was a Sunday although they were very busy they did see us that eve. Left us with two heaters 1 week later are new one was installed in 4 hours by Sam. He was very friendly and informative . He took time to make sure we understood the thermometer and showed were to change out the filter. We were very pleased with him. Also Kris was great when he came out to assess
We told him we were still cold and he gave us 2 more heaters and sold us on a new furnace
