The tech that came out to our home to diagnose our furnace, Sahid Morales, did such a great job. He included us in his diagnosis process, ensuring that we understood what was going on, and what the consequences were. He handled all of our questions with patience and understanding, and at no point did we feel like "just another number". He wasn't rushing to get to another job, and we felt like he was very honest with us regarding our different options to fix or replace our furnace. If we could choose to have Sahid as our technician every time we would, he restored some of our faith in the repair and contractor business. Thank you Sahid!

Then Jordan and Sam came in right behind them to do the wiring. As a general contractor, it's refreshing to see someone come when they said they would, do the work efficiently, and clean up after themselves.
