WholeHome™ Membership Terms & Conditions
- WholeHome™ Member benefits remain active until cancellation is requested and processed. Barron will charge the selected payment method for ongoing memberships. If the customer cancels a monthly membership, any remaining balance is due within 30 days. All sales are final.
- Membership pricing may change annually, with notice sent to the email on file.
- Comprehensive Performance Maintenance eligibility begins after one (1) year of membership. WholeHome™ discounts apply immediately but if canceled within 12 months, discount amounts used will be billed to the customer. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated by Barron.
- Membership benefits are transferable with a change of residence; Barron must be notified. Lifetime Parts Replacement Guarantee and Membership Price Lock are valid only with an active recurring WholeHome™ Membership. Canceling voids this guarantee.
- The Lifetime Parts Guarantee covers standard components per the manufacturer’s warranty but excludes support equipment (e.g., pumps, surge protectors) and consumables (e.g., filters, fuses), to be determined by Barron.
- The WholeHome Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner. Third-party service voids this guarantee.
- All service must be performed by Barron-certified technicians.
- Barron Repair Credits for equipment upgrades are available up to $550 on a partial system (e.g., Furnace, Heat Pump & Coil) or up to $1,100 on a full system (e.g., Furnace/AC/Coil or Heat Pump/Coil/Furnace).Credits cannot be combined with other offers.
- "No Payments for 6 Months on Repairs", based on approved credit.
- Membership Price Lock applies only to the original covered equipment; future purchases are subject to current pricing.
