WholeHome™ Membership Terms & Conditions

WholeHome™ Member benefits remain active until cancellation is requested and processed. Barron will charge the selected payment method for ongoing memberships. If the customer cancels a monthly membership, any remaining balance is due within 30 days. All sales are final. Membership pricing may change annually, with notice sent to the email on file. Comprehensive Performance Maintenance eligibility begins after one (1) year of membership. WholeHome™ discounts apply immediately but if canceled within 12 months, discount amounts used will be billed to the customer. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated by Barron. Membership benefits are transferable with a change of residence; Barron must be notified. Lifetime Parts Replacement Guarantee and Membership Price Lock are valid only with an active recurring WholeHome™ Membership. Canceling voids this guarantee. The Lifetime Parts Guarantee covers standard components per the manufacturer’s warranty but excludes support equipment (e.g., pumps, surge protectors) and consumables (e.g., filters, fuses), to be determined by Barron. The WholeHome Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner. Third-party service voids this guarantee. All service must be performed by Barron-certified technicians. Equipment Replacement Credit cannot be combined with other otters. "’No Payments for 6 Months on Repairs", based on approved credit. Membership Price Lock applies only to the original covered equipment; future purchases are subject to current pricing.
