Nolan Ballard was our technician from Barron Heating for our Radiant Heat System repair and we couldn't be happier. He was polite, knowledgeable, full of helpful information, efficient and professional. He was able to diagnose the issues in a timely manner and he replaced our faulty Aquastat sensor and our failed Air Bleeder on our boiler system. He asked if we had questions and was patient and-thorough in his responses. We would definitely ask for him by name with future service calls.
