Had a problem with gas fireplace since we moved in a little over a year ago . Called the place that installed it and they came and moved a log and said it was blocking the air and charged us for it. Even though it was less than a year ago it was installed. He even said it was installed wrong. Black soot was building up again just after a few times running the fireplace. Decided to call Barron for second opinion. Pierce came out and had to change the switch from natural gas to propane and cleaned it up real nice. Also moved logs to correct position. Explained everything to me and the reason why. Tammy who called to set up appointment was very nice and helpful as well. Over all great experience and will use definitely use their devices again.

Ryan was so nice and easy to talk to and a Contagious laugh. He did the work quickly and explained what he was doing and explained the new thermostat 3 times, until I got it. The technician that came the day before and figured out what was wrong, worked very hard giving me all of my financial options. It allowed me to make an informed decision. The next day I got the email breaking down all my work and the costs. The whole experience was easy breezy and I appreciate that. The office telephone personnel were great too. My time is precious, I appreciate good service. Thank you to the whole bunch.

I recently had the Triangle Tube Instinct 110 Boiler installed by another company to replace my Buderus Lomax the recommendation came from Buderus.
However, I encountered serious issues with the unit from the start. I contacted the manufacturer, Triangle Tube, on 09/09/24, and they suggested that the installation might not have been done correctly.
I then reached out to Barron to inspect the unit, and they found several issues with the setup, including a gas leak, which they promptly fixed. They also advised me to lower the thermostats to 60 degrees to prevent the unit from trying to heat, as it was not functioning properly. I decided to turn off the propane for safety reasons.
On September 25th and 26th, Satchel Steele from Barron came to replace the pipes, manifolds, and water heater. On Monday, September 30, 2024, they arrived to do the electrical work and get the boiler up and running. They stayed for some time to ensure each level is getting hot water into the water radiators and radiant heat in the basement. Once we were all clear, they left but not without a hug.
Words cannot express how thankful I am for all their hard work and due diligence to see this fixed and running before winter hits. I highly recommend Barron due to their excellent communication and exceptional work ethics. If I had contacted Barron first, I would have had a functional heating system from the beginning.
