Customer service is spot on, they are fixing a boiler for me that was installed by a different company a month ago that was not installed correctly. They worked me in and there redoing it. They didn't have too but did. They came down for an emergency (Clinton Wa.) yup the south end of whidbey island. Jake the superintendent was awesome, Trinity in CS was awesome. I want to add that Satchel Steel is an amazing guy and definitely knows his work. I'm really happy there back on the Island :) Yeah I have heat and hot water :)

The service I received for my tankless water heater inspection and flush was nothing short of spectacular from its first year after the installation.
