We were very pleased to see Elmer Anderson for our yearly HVAC maintenance, as he'd done such an outstanding job in performing this service for us last year. This year was even better in that, knowing the layout of our equipment, he was even more efficient, leaving time when finished for a short and pleasant chat. Each of the multiple operations in system maintenance was performed as only a seasoned professional can do, leaving us with a sense that we can head into Winter with full confidence in our system.
Nathan did a great job installing a WIFI water shutoff valve. He is very polite and professional.
Jeff and his team competently and effortlessly, it seemed, replaced a faulty/worn out fireplace blower motor...they knew exactly what to do and endured my questions on the system! they provided recommendations and information for next fall's annual inspection and maintenance.
