Jim Stanavige was professional and did a great job.
Good over all service. Somehow The Technician reset the Thermostat to non working! Never happened at any other service in the past many years. I got the manual out and was able to re-program from scratch. I have no idea what the Tech did to kill the programming in the Thermostat.

Installers Cole M and Shawn L did an excellent job on the furnace installation and venting. They clearly showed and explained the work they did and clearly explained how to use the system. My 86 year old mother in law was very pleased with the service. Just had the inspection and found no problems. Thank you Cole and Shawn.
Dylan and Damon, the two professionals that installed the Navien tankless water heater did a great job. Baron got us in one day after the job was submitted. I am completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. Kudos to Both of them.

This was routine maintenance of a mini-split. It went smoothly and well. No complaints, and the tech as great.
Lane did a wonderful job, very thorough, explained things well and was an overall great experience for our maintenance.
