Technician Sidney Stanley was a true joy to have work on my heat pump system. Everything from her call to say she was on the way, asking where to park, arriving and greeting me was professional and engaging.
Sidney was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She determined there were a couple issues I needed to address and she offered me clear and understandable options. She was efficient in her work and communication with me. She embodies what a company would truly want as an ambassador !!! As someone who has a multitude of sales people working on a team I know and recognize the rarity and value people like Sidney.

Timely, efficient and affordable service. Our furnace stopped working on Wednesday morning, I called Wednesday afternoon and they came Thursday morning at 11 and had it fixed by noon!

Jeff M went above and beyond to ensure we had a complete understanding of how our fireplaces work, answering all our questions. He has strong technical expertise, is patient, thorough and solution driven. Most importantly he is ethical, identifying a safety issue that had gone unidentified by prior techs and requires his employer to resolve. We were his last appt of the day and never felt like he was rushing. We will request Jeff for all our future fireplace maintenance needs.
