Our technician Luke was so amazing. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable about our issues we were having with our furnace and fixed our issue in no time! Jim Stanavige from Barrons Heating and AC completely exceeded my expectations. He called to confirm our appointment and showed up at the agreed upon time. He let me explain the issues I was having with our Furnace and suggested a course of action to identify and repair the problem. He did a complete examination of the furnace and gave it a thorough cleaning in addition to noting component performance in order to ensure that the problem was resolved. Upon completion, he gave me a thorough debriefing on the furnaces condition and recommended future maintenance to ensure optimum performance. I am very happy with the job that Jim did and will go back to Barrons when further service is needed. Highly recommended!

Always great service from everyone at Barrons. Our ductless mini-slit dies on a Saturday in the middle of a cold spell. The were very busy but made it out on Sunday and got us taken care of.
Nathan was the on-call technician when I noticed my backflow portion of the boiler was leaking. He called back within minutes. I was able to send him a video and was assured that it was not an emergency and we scheduled a time at my convenience for him to come out and make the repairs. We have been using Barron for our boiler service for several years and always been impressed with their skill set and professionalism.
