Jeff M went above and beyond to ensure we had a complete understanding of how our fireplaces work, answering all our questions. He has strong technical expertise, is patient, thorough and solution driven. Most importantly he is ethical, identifying a safety issue that had gone unidentified by prior techs and requires his employer to resolve. We were his last appt of the day and never felt like he was rushing. We will request Jeff for all our future fireplace maintenance needs.

We have trusted Barrons for years. So, when our gas fireplace was not working properly and hadn't since it was installed in our newly built home, we called Barron's. Our tech was Richard Sandbom. Wow. He quickly saw the initial wall switch was rated for ceiling lights but not for the capacity needs of a gas fireplace. He replaced that. Then he took the whole workings of the fireplace apart and found the wiring had been jury rigged. He repaired that. He was so easy to talk with, eager to explain what he was finding, took great care in protecting our wood floor and parts to the fireplace, and cleaned up as he went along.
I cannot say enough good things about Richard. Barron has an exemplary employee representing them. Richard is a Hearth Service Technician who truly knows the workings of fireplaces and is an excellent addition to their team.
Jonathan was great at explaining everything he did and what future things I should look for. He even took time to look at my guest toilet that kept running after flushing. He was able to do a quick fix. Amazing service!
Prompt, reliable service! The plumbers that intalled a new waer heater were polite, respectful of my home and explained everything! Thank you! I've never been disappointed that I called Barron for my heating and plumbing needs.
