Technician was extremely professional ensuring that the carpeting where his ladder would be used was protected. Took the time to talk to me about the maintenance required for the type of filter my system uses. Made sure my smart thermostat was operating correctly.

I have a furnace built in 1990 and wanted to have a new operating baseline for the future. I can clean it and change air filters but I needed to know if it still runs safely.
Nolan communicated adjustments to is anticipated arrival. Nolan explained what he was going to do which is exactly what I wanted. He inspected and clean the components then conducted tests to see if the components were operating within specs.
Nolan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He also was personable and didn't mind our black lab checking in on Nolan with a kiss.
We replaced one part that was working but way out of specs which meant it was on its way to failing.
I am extremely happy with the service and information I received. I would recommend Nolan to anyone who wants to ensure your furnace is operating as designed and prevent a "winter" breakdown.
Part 2 Installation of new Dikin mini split, heat pump and furnace. Cole Miller and his crew (Shawn and Lupe) and the electricians Phillip and his crew (sorry don't remember their names) all showed up on time, walked us through what they were going to do and got to work. They also finished the majority of the installation the first day! The entire group of young men were wonderful to work with and cleaned up the garage and walkway before leaving!

Part 1: I don't generally write reviews. However, my experience with Barron Heating, from administrative staff to sales and service was exceptional. Justin Dishner was our service technician and was just fantastic.
(A little background, we called Barron Heating for general maintenance on our 9 yr old heat pump. It was not sufficiently cooling our home. We were also interested in adding a mini split a/c and also needed our dryer vent cleaned out. )
Anyway, Justin arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. Once we started talking, and I explained what we needed, Justin said I can set that up for you. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and did not try to upsell any services, or products. In short order he diagnosed the problem, ordered part and was back in two days to fix a/c. Unfortunately we found a leaky coil in the process so it turned into a significant repair but the service was amazing all the way around.
Overall great experience.
Tristan, the sales rep for the mini split, was also knowledgeable and friendly.
The two young guys who cleaned out of dryer vent were equally as knowledgeably and friendly but i cant recall their names.
And honestly, so were the administrative staff who set up all the appt. After my initial call, Barron took the call and arranged everything.
Finally, I have to give a shout out to the retrofit superintendent, Jacoby Shelley. Jacoby was extremely helpful in so many ways. Explained in detail how they will install the mini split and even changed our air filter.
My overall experience with Barron heating exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Barron Heating without reservation.
Thank you, it is refreshing to work with a competent HVAC company with knowledgeable individuals who are service oriented and also so friendly. And they are going to install the mini split by end of month… so they are also efficient!!!
