How to create and access your Silver Shield Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is your personal Barron Account for Silver Shield Members to view membership information, invoices, service history, and request appointments.

 Step 1 - Account Creation - https://barronheating.myservicetitan.com/login/

Click on the link to arrive at the login page, then click Request an invitation to register for your Customer Portal.

Then, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Barron Silver Shield Membership.

Step 2 – Verify Email - After your email address is entered and submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. When you click the confirmation link in the email, you are prompted to create a password to log in the Customer Portal.

 

Step 3 – Confirm Email - After your email address is entered and submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. When you click the confirmation link in the email, you are prompted to create a password to log in the Customer Portal.

Step 4 – Access Membership - To locate your Silver Shield Membership information, click the three horizontal lines at the top left corner (the menu).

 

Step 5 – Click "View Memberships"

 

Step 6 – Membership Details - All Silver Shield Memberships will be displayed – click on the "View" for more details
