Ben arrived at the estimated time on Christmas eve to repair my mini split. His work, attitude and knowledge were all extremely professional . I wish to thank both Ben and Barron for their excellent service.
Had scheduled a maintenance on our Heat Pump Barron had installed February 2025. Technician Ben F. showed up about 4:30 PM and came in to look at unit inside. He went through the unit and cleaned everything and checked it all. Then went outside and cleaned all the filters and coils and sprayed some solvents onto them to help keep them clean. He came back on and reinstalled the filter he had removed to clean out at the hose bib and showed us how to reinstall it and remove it so we could clean it every 6-8 weeks he said. He explained everything and said unit looked very good. Sent us via email his report with photos and was on his way in about 50 minutes or so. Was very through, professional and spent the time to educate us on the unit. Truly was an excellent experience and would recommend Ben anytime.

Jeff Lefaren was awesome! We just moved into our house in September and the gas fireplace was disconnected and non-functional. Jeff got it going and cleaned it all up, and was very helpful explaining everything - he knows his stuff! Would not hesitate to use Barron if anything else comes up.
