I was under a time crunch to get my toilet fixed and Taylor explained everything to me and got it done in time for my new tenant check in. Super grateful.
Just had my gas fireplace serviced by Elmer at Barron Heating. I love my usual guy Jeff and was nervous when they said someone else was coming. But Elmer was punctual, professional but very friendly and explained everything he did in detail to me. He gladly answered all of my questions and gave me lots of after care tips. Thank you for doing such a great job Elmer!
