Had a problem with gas fireplace since we moved in a little over a year ago . Called the place that installed it and they came and moved a log and said it was blocking the air and charged us for it. Even though it was less than a year ago it was installed. He even said it was installed wrong. Black soot was building up again just after a few times running the fireplace. Decided to call Barron for second opinion. Pierce came out and had to change the switch from natural gas to propane and cleaned it up real nice. Also moved logs to correct position. Explained everything to me and the reason why. Tammy who called to set up appointment was very nice and helpful as well. Over all great experience and will use definitely use their devices again.
Elmer came to look at our gas fireplace pilot light. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and overall helpful and professional. We were very pleased with his work and glad to meet him.????
