I couldn't be more pleased with Barron's service. Technician, Sahid Morales, arrived as scheduled and was polite and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why.
Very personable and helpful . Good explanation on the equipment and how I can service the filters myself.
Not only did Jeff replace the controller value at fault. (The reason for the service call) but he fixed an issue with the wall switch. To top it all off he repainted the firebox, cleaned the glass, and added new ember material! Looked and acted like a new unit when he was finish!
Travis and his helper, Dylan, were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They knew what they were doing and made very helpful suggestions. We scheduled the work.
I am so happy that I chose Barron for my new furnace, air conditioner and heat pump. Cole and Lupe were awesome installers! It was a very complicated job but the attention to detail that they showed was impressive. Very professional, friendly and they kept me posted on all that was going on. A great team. Everyone I have dealt with in this company have been the best. I can't say enough good things about this company and my installers!
