Graham was earlier than expected but that was good. He discovered that we needed a new part on our gas fireplace. He was professional and very pleasant young man. He worked diligently to repair our fireplace. He will need to order a new part and come back when it can be installed.
They were able to get me in quickly with an emergency cancelation, and the technician, Justin, was fast and nice and had my heat working again in no time!
We have used Barron for all our HVAC needs for many years now. Customer service is unsurpassed. Easy to make an appointment in great communication from that point to work completion when the technician left. The technician Elmer was wonderful and made sure that I was informed and understood everything that was done. Highly recommend this company.
Richard, our tech, was on time, friendly and professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly communicated the problem, the required solution, needed parts, cost and time required to perform the fix. Job was done on time and within the bid. I would always be glad to have Richard back to work on our equipment. This has been my experience with Barron's and their technicians in the past as well.
Shahid came to our home on Saturday 12/14/2024. He was so friendly and very informative. He took the time to explain what was happening with our furnace. I feel that Shahid is a trustworthy man. Would definitely recommend Barron Heating to anyone with employees like Shahid.
