Barron is always professional, do excellent work (and the one time I wasn't satisfied, they were there immediately and made it right), and offer decent prices--not the lowest but not the highest. An outstanding locally owned business. Can't recommend highly enough.
Travis called to provide ETA and once here was methodical in troubleshooting our two issues. One issue was solved and the other was thoroughly checked, with no apparent source of leakage determined. Provided peace of mind that a serious issue did not appear to exist.
Since our ductless mini-split had never been serviced since its installation a decade ago, we called to have it finally cleaned out inside. Jim Stanavige arrived in the mid afternoon to tackle the job. Due to our low ceilings this was very difficult to do but he did it with aplomb. He was friendly and talkative and was wrapped up by dinner time!
Jeff Mellema serviced our pellet stove. He is such an asset to your team. We look forward every year to see Jeff because he is always pleasant, helpful, clean and efficient. Thanks Jeff.
Couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Now our old fireplace is as good as new! The technician took the time to explain how it worked, and we were extremely impressed by his knowledge.
The vent cleaning was very quick, I was shown pictures of the interior of the clean vent afterward. Fast and professional service.
From start to finish Barron Heating was so easy to work with. We needed a new heat pump and furnace, so we took advantage of Barron's sale. Dan was our salesperson, and he was informative and professional. Chris came out and did the measuring and was in and out much more quickly than we were told-which was great! Our installation team, Cole M. and Lupe C, were on time and wonderful to work with. They were efficient and knowledgeable. Cole was especially patient and spent time showing us the App for the new furnace and helped us get everything set up and working before he left. I highly recommend Barron.
