Our heat pump decided to give up during the 1st heat wave in July. Called Barron... immediately set us up with an appointment . Only had to wait a couple days. We were grateful. Avery came right on time his communication of his ETA was so professional, calling us twice to make sure he would arrive as planned. His diagnostic capabilities were so thorough. Our pump was not working well. It is over 15 years. This seems to be the age when things go haywire. Avery explained our options. All options were pretty costly but considerably less than a new system. After contemplating the cost and repair procedures and timing,trying to keep our system alive didn't seem the right choice for us,or the future of our systems efficiency and reliability . We told Avery our decision to replace and not repair. We requested Avery to get us scheduled for the Home efficiency estimator. By the end of the day Avery had us connected to scheduling and the appointment with the efficiency estimator. Barron heating employees from our 1st call to meeting the diagnostic expert are professional, courteous and have a high sense of urgency to solve your heating system issues. Barron heating has always provided great service. I had a fairly complex problem with my mini split. They sent out an expert who did a great job. Avery is an awesome technician. I will use Barron many times again..
