The office personnel made scheduling the estimate, installation, and city inspection easy. Jason H. first came to assess our situation and give us quotes on replacement furnaces. Brett H. and Christian H. were the installers. They let us know at each step of the installation what they were doing and always asked if we had questions. After the installation, they cleaned up nicely and clearly explained any differences in operation between our old and new furnace.

He was here all day with another co-worker and they worked hard. They installed a new furnace and it was a very complicated job. They were here all day and were exhausted but by the time they left yet he took the time to go over everything, explaining it. Was a very patient, hard working and mellow guy!!
