Barron's technician, Matthew, arrived on time and began immediately. He completed the annual maintenance of the heater and let us know what he had done and the status of the heating system. Matthew was professional and a good representative of Barron's Heating & Air Conditioning.

It was great having Barron Heating replace our furnace and air conditioner as well as address the additional needs for our home's efficiency through crawlspace clean out and re-insulation as well as duct cleaning and sealing. Their great customer experience started with Wes Diskin, who walked through the house with my wife and I to provide an estimate for what could be done. He was great about explaining things and giving options for what we could do on a tighter budget as well as some more advanced options. Next we had Jacoby Shelly do a walkthrough of what we could expect on the day of installation and how to get our home ready for the work to be done. Our installation technicians were Fred Fetty and Christian Hudek and they did a great job in both their workmanship as well as answering questions and providing information about how the new system would work. They made sure to check with me throughout the process to ensure things were being done the way I wanted them, like placement of the new thermostat and floor vents. Finally we had the AirSolutions team come and provide duct cleaning and Aeroseal treatment to clean and seal our ducting and improve its efficiency. We're so happy with our new high efficiency, dual-zone system and now we can cool the second floor without overcooling the first floor. Thank you Barron for all the great work you did!

We had 5 Barron employees on site at one point and they all did an amazing job! We could not be happier with the time they took to ensure everything was laid out well for proper functioning and also for aesthetics. We were informed well and also respectfully consulted for various options.

Sam also donated his extra bucket of gravel to remedy an awkward gap between our driveway and walkway. Woody even ended up sharing a slice of tasty pizza … well ... these are things you don't expect!
We have had such a positive experience getting our heat pump heating and AC ... we are SO glad we chose Barron after pondering a new system for many years. Goodbye window air conditioning!
