Nathan was on time, very professional, actually listened to all our concerns and is very knowledgeable of our products. Wish we could have him every time.
The technician explained that the wall switch for the fireplace was wired wrong and the contacts were loose, causing the fireplace to turn off randomly. He reconnected and tightened the contacts. He was here about 45 minutes and that fixed the problem. No new parts were needed. He did a good job but come on Barron, $299 plus tax for less than an hour's work with no parts needed? The charge seems very excessive.

Barron recently performed my annual furnace and AC maintenance. This service is included in their membership so there was no additional charge. While here, their service professional also completed fireplace insert maintenance; there was an additional charge for that. The worker had done maintenance here in previous years and clearly remember those visits. He completed detailed testing, and was professional and friendly during the visit. This service provides peace of mind that the systems are in good working order.
