Nate was professional, answered questions and shared information about our furnace. Explained in a basic way how heat pumps work then referred to sales department for free quote and specific info as it may pertain to the current furnace. Very pleasant professional.

Elmer just finished the first yearly service of our heat pump and gas furnace. He arrived well within the scheduled time- frame. Over the next 2 1/2 hours he thoroughly examined, measured, and documented both units making several adjustments. He completely answered questions I had regarding the operation of the heat pump system. Our Baron system has kept our home cool in the summer and warm this past winter. It has proven to be very efficient and economical to operate. It is quite comforting knowing that the our HVAC system is prepared for another year particularly given the extreme winter we just experienced.
Nathan did and outstanding job installing the equipment I needed. I would definitely have him back for any other plumbing issues I might have.
Scott was extremely knowledgeable about our system and answered all of our questions very well with easy to understand terminology. He was professional from first interaction to the last.
