Great experience with y'all. Jake, Satchel, and Jesse were all top notch. Very considerate, communicative, and cleanly. Our boiler system is so much better now and they even managed to tidy up the clusterf*@# of pipes that we had previously.
Thankful for a new high efficiency system, and we're glad it's all in place before cold weather begins to arrive.
Our water heater broke late at night on a weekend, flooding part of our garage. We were in panic, so we called Barron's emergency, plumbing service, and we had a wonderful experience. From the person who swiftly contacted us with their on-call technician, to the technician himself who was extremely knowledgeable, effective, responsive, and came prepared to solve our problem. Zach installed a new water heater and in a few hours we were back to our normal life with a great sense of relief. We are very grateful for this high quality service!

We have used Barron before and we're very satisfied so they seemed the obvious choice when our Carrier furnace started acting up. Our appointment was bumped up due to a cancellation. Justin and his student Vanessa arrived right on time, putting shoe covers on before entering the house. Justin began a step by step testing and diagnosis, explaining the procedure to Vanessa and myself along the way. He found the problem, a clogged condensation drain. He took care of this and then proceeded with a full evaluation of the furnace, finishing with a CO2 test. Our furnace was declared good to go and Justin explained what we could likely expect from the furnace in the future. Altogether a very professional and highly competent service call from Justin and Vanessa. We were also pleased with what we thought was a very fair bill for their time and expertise. We give Barron and service tech Justin our highest recommendation.
We just had our annual HVAC service performed by Ben from Barron. What a pro!
He went through our furnace and AC system step by step, explained everything to us as well as telling us what to expect in the future with our aging systems. We are Silver Shield customers with Barron and it well worth the cost. We highly recommend Barron and their HVAC tech Ben.

Eric came for the silver shield maintenance on my furnace, air conditioner and fireplace. He was thorough, did a complete job, took pictures so I could see what he had worked on up in my attic. Unfortunately yellow jackets had decided to live in the cut off switch on the outside part of the air conditioning unit. Eric handled that also! Last but not least he cleaned and checked the fireplace.
I am all set for the hottest part of summer and the cold weather later.
I greatly appreciate Barron's and the people that work for you work ethic. I highly recommend Eric, in my opinion he is a 10+!
