I want to tell you how impressed I am with Graham Marzocco. We have been in this house only since April. He was dispatched to bring a new thermostat, and check that the furnace filter was OK. As it turned out, he taught me how to use the thermostat so a new one was unnecessary. He answered a lot of other "little" questions I had, also.

When he arrived, I was trying to clear a corner gutter (with a leaf rake (as my daughter made me promise not to use a ladder unless she's with me.) The service call lasted about 15 minutes. Before he left, he offered to clear the gutter for me using his ladder. I am so grateful! A wonderful gesture of outstanding customer service and "getting my money's worth! Thank you, Graham.

Everything was fine except one of the workers showed up without a facemask. Since my wife is ill, that worker stayed outside until face-to-face meeting was over.

We met recently with Ryan Belik at our place on Lopez Island. Ryan was visiting to perform routine maintenance on our two heat pump systems. He performed the necessary tasks and identified a capacitor issue with one of the units that was corroded and needing replacement. We authorized that additional detail. That capacitor replacement work was completed this passed Monday and everything seems to be working normally.

Concerning Ryan...his professional expertise was perfect. His manner and communication skills with us were very comfortable and easy to follow. He made us feel very secure in our systems operations even as we are just "part timers" on Lopez but can now monitor both units remotely when off island.

You have a good representative on the island chain. We look forward to working with Ryan in the future and as necessary.

Brent called to say he was on his way and arrived well within the time window offered by Barron. He was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He was easy to understand and showed a genuine interest in making sure we understood our systems and that they worked properly. This is his second visit to our home. I hope he comes back next year!

I recently purchased my home and knew the air ducts and dryer vent badly needed to be cleaned. Ian and Dylan were professional and efficient. They introduced themselves and then got to work. They did an excellent job. Clearly explained what they had done, including a duct assessment. This followed the service of my furnace a couple of weeks ago by Jon. I highly recommend this company. Perhaps not cheapest but definitely the thoroughest.
