Chris came to the house and we discussed all of the options available to replace our aging water heater. He proposed a quote that was acceptable. The office called and we set an installation date for the next week. Jory and Nathan arrived at the scheduled time and set to work. They did a great job with no fuss or problems and answered our questions and made suggestions on maintenance. We have used Barron to install heat pumps in both house and shop. They are an excellent company to do business with. Kudos!!
This spring, we decided to replace and upgrade the 30 year-old systems in our house. The team replaced our furnace and hot water heater, cleaned and sealed our ducts, installed a standby generator in our house and a solar array on our outbuilding. The entire process from our initial conversation at the Northwest Washington home show to the completion and testing of the solar array and generator went seamlessly. Our financing was arranged by Barron with consideration for solar tax breaks and a reasonable repayment schedule. The installers did extremely well despite the restrictions placed on them by the pandemic response. The coordination of the installation and scheduling of the permitting was all handled by Barron staff - all we had to do was provide access. Each inspector, from L&I, PSE, and the county mentioned that they never have a problem with Barron installations. We now have a very comfortable home with an efficient and reliable system. Many thanks to Wes for scoping the project, Mandi for coordinating installation and permitting, Jacoby for designing the furnace layout, Aaron, Sam and Brock for the solar install, Aaron and DJ for the generator setup, Brian for the plumbing, Noah and Keifer for the furnace install, Bill, Ian and Dylan for the duct cleaning and aeroseal, and Shelby for encouraging us to engage Barron in the first place. It was a painless experience thanks to everyone's professionalism. We most highly recommend the team at Barron for any of your home infrastructure needs! It was a wonderful experience.
Joe is an incredibly knowledgeable and efficient technician. I have received good advice, education and hands-on assistance from him on all of his service visits to my home. I really appreciate his expertise, efficiency and positive attitude. He is an asset to Barron Heating!
Your team did great. Dylan and Parker did the duct cleaning; Bill and Matt did the aeroseal. They were prompt, efficient, clean and tidy, and so friendly. They explained the process well and made it sound so interesting! Thank you!
During the process of selling our home we needed to have some issues taken care of. First we had Ian come and do an estimate for ductwork. Then we had our furnace serviced. We had some plumbing issues that were fixed and last we had ductwork and cleaning by Dylan and Parker. All of the work was well done and all the employees were excellent representatives of the Barron brand.
When our furnace quit on a late fall morning, you where there for us within hours.
Daniel in sales, Channing and Caleb installers, Jacoby engineer/planner were all friendly, courteous, explained everything they were doing and why. Gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Have been using 2 outside units and 6 in-room units in my new mini-split heat/air system for about 2 weeks with no issues or concerns. Everyone that I have talked to in person or on the phone at Barron has been professional and polite. Now my birds, dog and duck can relax in comfort. Thanks Barron!
I am very pleased with work done by Jory and Dave on the hot water tank and the furnace/heat pump. They were on time for each install. They were very professional cordial and a pleasure to work with. And Dan did a great job! Thank you all.
What makes Barron great isn't their competitive prices, you expect that.
And it isn't their good quality, or on time, or professional attributes. You expect that. What you don't expect is that on top of all the above the people that work for Barron are genuinely friendly. And then, there is the after install service...you expect good service, what you don't expect is exemplary service; like calling you from their home on a follow up question. Repositioning a pipe for better use of space in a garage. Dropping by on their way to or from work to touch base or take care of a minor thing. I cannot say enough about how incredible Barron has been to us! Highly recommend them!
