Richie Sandbom carried out his diagnosis in minutes, informing me of technical issues no other service person had ever mentioned. He also cleaned-up my system from thermostat to heating fan. Biggest cause of erratic behavior for years has been lower than minimum propane delivery pressure. Richie's the real thing!
Lane went above and beyond in explaining everything he was doing. What the problem was and what the fix was. He was very easy to talk to, very courteous and totally understood our needs. I would recommend Lane and Barron Heating for all Heat pump/Furnace service.
