I am under the impression that the employees for Barron are happy with their jobs and are aware of their importance in satisfying customers. A leaky water heater is never a good thing but having someone to call whom you trust to take care of it is a great thing. For us, that call is always to Barron. Eric was on time, professional, qualified and personable, all of the qualities that keep us coming back. Thank you for the great service!

Thank you for the great job done by Dylan and Parker of the duct cleaning crew. They kept our house tidy the entire time they were done and explained the whole process to us. And a big shout out to Eric and Brad of the air conditioner crew. The job was completed in a timely manner, cleaned up all their work space and explained all the workings of the new air conditioner. Always masked up and we really did appreciate this. Maybe we can get back to our "normal" thanks to their masking up. Enjoyed all the crews that you sent and thanks to Mandy for calling us to remind us of all visits by your crew. So easy to work with!!
We developed a leak in our on demand water heater on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Unable to reach our normal plumber, we contacted Barron Heating on Tuesday. They were able to send Jory and Nathan out on Thursday morning. They spent a couple hours working on the problem, had to replace o-rings and got the heater up and running again without any new leaks. All without charging anything more than the callout fee. They both were excellent in customer service and really made our day!
As a retired Service Manager from an HVAC company in the Seattle area, I know how critical it is to hire and retain the best people possible. Barron seems to have succeeded on all levels. The recent gas piping and furnace change-out in our home was professional from start to finish. Dan, Aron, Jonathan, Raymond, and Noah were all solid performers. Shelby's post-install diagnostic visit was much appreciated by someone who understands how call-backs can end things on a very sour note. Its a policy that's well worth the extra effort. Last, but not least, Alissa coordinated and communicated everything flawlessly. I would have been happy to have any one of them on my crew. Keep up the good work.
Barron Heating is a very professional company from the very beginning with the sales person up to installation. Gill met with me to share information on products. I knew what I wanted but he let me know all the equipment he could provide. Gill was very professional, not pushy at all, did all the measurements, looked at all the equipment, window placement, and where the equipment would be placed. Jacoby who followed up prior to installation went above and beyond with an issue with my dryer. He rectified an issue with my roof and saved me a lot of money. He was also very professional. There were two installers Eric and Brad and the electrician was Tim. They were very thorough, professional, did an outstanding job installing, and cleaned up meticulously before they left. They also went over everything concerning how to work the equipment. I would recommend Barron Heating to everyone. I'm telling all my neighbors and friends to check them out.
