Since we started using Barron Heating for our HVAC needs, we have been completely satisfied with their completely efficient, thorough and courteous service staff. We can't rate them highly enough.
Lane was courteous, efficient and overall simply exceptional.
Customer service is spot on, they are fixing a boiler for me that was installed by a different company a month ago that was not installed correctly. They worked me in and there redoing it. They didn't have too but did. They came down for an emergency (Clinton Wa.) yup the south end of whidbey island. Jake the superintendent was awesome, Trinity in CS was awesome. I want to add that Satchel Steel is an amazing guy and definitely knows his work. I'm really happy there back on the Island :) Yeah I have heat and hot water :)
Sahrid from Barron did an annual maintance on my ductless system today. He was professional, polite, respectable and did a thorough job. I would be delighted to have him return next year to perform my annual maintenance. He's a keeper as a top rates employee. His customer service was remarkable, also.
Exelent service
Barron has been consistent and professional all around. We had them install a new heating unit and perform the Aeroseal a few years ago. It is all working very efficiently.
